For monks on skills that say "heal target other ally", can they heal themselves too?

target "other" ally means everyone in your team but you.
so you cant use it on yourself.

Healing Touch used to be target ally only, but now you can "Touch yourself". I think all other target ally skills still mean only allies, though.

Heal Target Other Ally means that you can only target players on your team other than yourself. Heal Target Ally means that you can target yourself with the skill as well. Orison of Healing, Healing Touch, Signet of Devotion, and many of the monk enchantments can be used to heal yourself. Other healing skills such as Word of Healing, Dwayna's Kiss, Heal Other, and Infuse Health along with some enchantments such as Healing Seed can only target other players on your team.
